We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support to join our team in Cork Childrens Services, Curraheen, Cork Contract Type: 1. Specified Purpose Contract Contract Type 2: Fixed Term Contract Contract Hours: up to 35 hours per week Salary Scale: €26,606 to €42, 805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual Leave Entitlement : Annual leave entitlement 30 days pro-rata per annum Overview of the Post: To provide a wide range of administration supports to the Children’s Disability Network Team and Children’s Services Manager or the Community Paediatric Clinics and other identified clinics within the regional CHO4 Physical Disability Support Service (PDSS). Overview of Duties & Responsibilities: Please see Job Description for full list The successful candidate will have Essential Criteria: · Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education · A minimum of 1 years relevant secretarial/administrative/medical secretariat experience · Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English · Experience of working with a healthcare database software system. · Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector. Desirable Criteria: · Full clean drivers licence · Experience of working at reception or in a customer services role. · A relevant secretarial/medical secretariat qualification · Experience of working with software designed to facilitate processing of dictated documents If you believe you would fit the role then please submit your application today. Senior Occupational Therapist (Paediatrics) Permanent, Full Time Children’s Disability Network Team 9 (North Cork & Blarney) Horizons is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Grade Occupational Therapist in paediatric on a fixed term basis. The successful applicant will work within an interdisciplinary team and will work as a member of a Children’s Disability Network Team.
