Annual Leave Entitlement : 34 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service Overview of the Post: The Acting Children’s Disability Network Manager (Acting CDNM) is responsible to Enable Ireland for the development of Children’s Disability Services within the designated area, in line with National Policy. The Acting CDNM is the accountable and responsible person for ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe, integrated children’s disability services to the population of the assigned Community Healthcare Network. This will be provided in accordance with legislative and service delivery frameworks and requirements, within the resources allocated. Using the key principles of the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People programme as a model of service which is based on family-centred practice and interdisciplinary team working, the Acting CDNM will have full responsibility and accountability for managing resources including all the children’s disability staff within the Children’s Disability Network. The Acting CDNM will provide day to day operational line management for children’s disability staff and provide clinical assurance regarding the professional supervision of each clinician working in that team. The Acting CDNM will be supported in this regard by agreed evidence based clinical governance structure within Enable Ireland. BAND: 7 JOB PURPOSE: To support in the leading and effective delivery of the NIHE Civil Engineering services, and provide a comprehensive professional service in support of the Housing Executive's Improvement and Maintenance Programmes. The post holder also resources advice and guidance on new build schemes carried out by Housing Associations. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering plus 3 years’ relevant experience in a but not limited to a social housing setting. OR ii) A relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or qualification of an equivalent academic level plus 5 years’ relevant experience* (Please include dates) *Relevant experience should include working in a building/construction environment. Candidates should either be chartered in a recognised building profession or committed to attaining a relevant qualification or chartered membership as agreed by the Director of Asset Management within 12–18 months of appointment. Design Engineer, KTP Associate
The College is seeking applications for a Design Engineer - KTP Associate to be based with Grove Mechanical Services Limited, Toomebridge and across their various sites on a fixed-term basis for 2 years. The postholder will lead the delivery of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project between Grove Mechanical and North West Regional College (NWRC). The postholder will develop and embed an advanced workflow to enhance Grove Mechanical’s digital delivery capability. The role will focus on transforming how site data is captured, analysed and integrated into structured BIM and Digital Twin environments to improve coordination, decision-making, installation planning and commercial competitiveness. The role will contribute to Grove Mechanical’s strategic digital development, including preparation for ISO 19650-aligned BIM accreditation and the structured implementation of information management processes.
