BAND: 4/6 JOB PURPOSE: The Trainee Developer will assist the IT Lead/Senior Developers and the IT Systems Development Manager in the design, development and delivery of high-quality technology solutions that address business needs, and to work in collaboration with business and supplier teams as required in defined areas. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Can demonstrate at least 12 months’ experience, (please include dates), within the last 3 years which must include either an IT technical support role or a role relevant to either the design, development, delivery or support of IT business applications. JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Senior International Development Manager, the post holder will develop SERC’s International Operations to ensure that the College increases its presence in international markets. The post holder will be responsible for the identification, development and co-ordinated delivery of an integrated package of educational products and services aimed at the International market. The post holder will ensure that international elements of the College Development Plan are fulfilled and that SERC meets its international responsibilities under the Further Education Means Success Strategy. The role will involve the development of and maintenance of extensive international contacts.
