JOB PURPOSE The post holder will be responsible for successful execution of the Accelerated Knowledge Transfer project as defined in the associated Project Plan. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Hold a minimum of a Level 4 qualification in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Have recent experience in the use of 3D Computer Aided Design software (SolidWorks, Fusion etc.) Hold a current driving licence and have access to a car or have access to a form of transport that will enable the post-holder to fulfil the role in full. Demonstrate familiarity with the product design process workflow, from ideation and concept stage, through prototyping, testing, refinement and productionisation. Project Manager, Audience Development & Stakeholder Engagement
The National Gallery of Ireland is seeking to recruit a Project Manager on a two-year fixed-term contract. This role sits within the Audience Development and Stakeholder Engagement (AD&SE) pillar and plays a key role in delivering a number of strategic initiatives, including the project management of the redevelopment of the Gallery’s website, upgrades to the Gallery’s café and catering facilities, and an organisational rebrand. The Project Manager will support the delivery of high-profile, cross-functional projects that enhance the Gallery’s visitor experience, strengthen the Gallery’s identity, and improve digital and operational services. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB To support the Digital and Innovation Officer in the delivery of a number of digital transformation projects across the Council. Apprenticeship schemes are a great opportunity to combine learning, training, and work experience. The post holder will be required to complete a Higher-Level Apprenticeship in Business Technology.
