Secondly, a major focus of the Support Worker role is to assist and support People Supported by the Services with the development of their Individual Plans and achievement of associated outcomes. This will be a temporary contract with an initial fixed term duration of 1 year, with potential to be extended beyond this at the discretion of the manager and subject to satisfactory completion probation.
