About the role We are looking for a General Operator to join the Kerry Dairy team in Newmarket. This is a full time, seasonal role working 12 hour shifts, days and nights with competitive pay and great benefits. As a General Operator your job involves working with the latest food production technology and machinery, ensuring technical compliance throughout the manufacturing process. You will be working as part of a team over a shift pattern. Our shift pattern is a 12 hour pattern and consists of 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights (4 & 3 day weeks pattern rotation) plus a highly competitive rate of pay. What's in it for me? Audiologist, Senior
The Senior Audiologistprovides clinical support and leadership in the day-to-day running of the service by supporting and supervising staff, prioritising and allocating work and promoting positive staff morale. They provide a high quality audiology service with clinical responsibility for performing and interpreting a comprehensive range of audiological diagnostic and rehabilitative procedures with a high degree of autonomy for adults and children. Working as part of an integrated team, the Senior Audiologist undertakes complex scientific and clinical roles; analyzing, interpreting and comparing investigative and clinical options and making clinical judgments involving facts or situations that impact on patients. The Senior Audiologist supports senior management and / or the Chief audiologist and/ or Assistant National Clinical Lead for Audiology in coordinating an integrated and patient centred audiology service in accordance strategic plans and recommendations for audiology service delivery. They play a lead role in developing an integrated team-based audiology service across both acute & community services in the relevant HSE Health Region in accordance with recommendations from the Audiology Clinical Care Programme. Main Purpose of the job: Responsible for delivering all aspects of the Frank and Honest brand to the customer in an efficient and friendly manner and also responsible for educating customers about the Frank and Honest coffee range. Relevant Skills/Experience: • Previous experience in the hospitality sector (caf, restaurant, hotel) an advantage; • Barista experience is desirable; • Excellent communication skills; • Previous customer service experience is an advantage; • Passion for coffee and ability to inspire customers; Main Duties • Always ensure that customer satisfaction is the number one priority by greeting each customer as if it`s their first visit to the store and consistently deliver an exceptional service; • Adhere to all standards required by Frank and Honest including the policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines set out in the operations manual; • Prepare all Frank and Honest beverages and blended cold drinks adhering to the correct procedures; • Assist customers to improve their knowledge of our food and beverages; • Maintain the highest quality and consistent food and beverage standards at all times; • Clean the coffee equipment throughout the day consistent with Frank and Honest standards; • Familiarise yourself with the full Frank and Honest food product range and upsell the full range; • Demonstrate your passion for coffee by sharing knowledge and personal recommendations with customers; • Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store/caf policy; • Merchandise and present the caf to the highest standard at all time and in accordance with relevant guidelines; • Ensure that all areas of the caf/your area are kept clean and tidy.
