JOB PURPOSE: Committing to the one-team ethos, you will be flexible and collaborative and you will actively support all colleagues and other activities necessary to deliver the service objectives. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in the delivery of an excellent customer experience. You are responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of a dry site(s), the management of the teams and the implementation of the agreed Service Plan. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage the site(s) ensuring the adequate resourcing and efficient use of staff and resources in operating, developing and promoting the facilities, including staff rotas. 2.
