Job Coach (Senior Supervisor grade) 1 – Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months 1 - Fixed Term Contract until December 2028 39 hour working week Salary: The 11-point salary scale for the post as of 01/08/2025: €40,521, €41,398, €42,663, €43,975, €45,337, €46,745, €48,205, €49,717, €51,286, €52,947, €54,705 LSIs New appointees to any grade start at the minimum point of the scale. Incremental credit will be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland (Department of Health Circular 2/2011). Incremental credit is normally granted on appointment, in respect of previous experience in the Civil Service, Local Authorities, Health Service and other Public Service Bodies and Statutory Agencies. The Workability: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme, creates supported employment opportunities for people we support (job seeker) to realise UNCRPD article 27 in sourcing meaningful employment and work. The Ability @ Work Programme is an innovative approach connecting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism closer to the labour market. The programme assists people to advance along the career progression continuum by offering training, education and work opportunities, based on the individual choices of the jobseeker. This is a person-centred programme, linking the job seeker and inclusive employers in the open labour market.
