Senior Process Engineer
Job Overview The Manufacturing, Science and Technology function is responsible for leading cross functional teams in identifying the root cause of out of specification results, investigating and resolving production issues to ensure product quality and process reliability, monitoring of process data to identify trends, execute process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and working in partnership with R&D to transfer and scale up new products into commercial manufacturing. The Senior Process Engineer role will involve working with key manufacturing principles such as continuous process improvement, problem solving, product responsibility as well as new product introduction (NPI). Monitor all process parameters impacting product quality in responsible suites. Work alongside R&D and Process Validations to identify Critical Process Parameters and develop trending of Critical Process Parameters for commercial manufacturing. Work in a continuous improvement capacity, always striving to better and standardise the process in the most effective way possible. You will be responsible for leading OOS investigations, determining root cause and implementing Corrective Actions to prevent reoccurrence. The role will require effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, manufacturing teams, quality teams, engineering teams, R&D and customers.
