PGIM Real Estate Loan Services is seeking a Servicing Specialist for its International Portfolio. The portfolio is comprised of commercial loans originated by PGIM Real Estate outside of the United States and consists of complex loan structures, multiple currencies, and property types including PRS, industrial, office, hotel, and retail. This position will be located in Ireland and Irish hours will apply from Monday to Friday, but there is a requirement to be flexible, specifically during peak times. Hours are subject to change based on role requirements. Strong communication skills are essential as the candidate will interact daily with borrowers, business partners, and third parties around the globe during a pivotal point of growth for the portfolio. The candidate is to provide superior customer service while working under tight deadlines and creating efficiencies when possible. Payrate: €10.20 per hour Contract: Part-time 8 hours per week. Fixed term for 3 months. Be a Customer Advisor at Argos Being part of the team at Argos is more than just working in retail.
