IT Technical Lead
The IT Technical Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality ICT support services primarily within their designated campus, ensuring that students and staff receive a responsive, reliable and secure IT service. The postholder will have responsibility for assigned elements of the College’s IT services on a cross-campus basis, working under the direction of senior staff within Operations, Systems, Network Infrastructure and Security. The role includes technical leadership, service improvement, incident management, endpoint and systems administration, security operations, staff supervision and support for the development and implementation of College ICT services. IT Technical Officer
As a member of the ICT Support services team, the post-holder will provide a range of high quality responsive ICT Support, delivering an excellent customer focused service via the helpdesk or direct engagement to students and staff throughout the College’s Educational, and Business Sections both onsite and remotely, to advise, guide and resolve issues. The Post Holder will maintain Endpoints and associated Software and Peripherals for their Identified areas. The Post holder will work as part of an IT Services Team in the Support and Monitoring of allocated ICT Systems and Services College wide. Apprenticeship Liaison Officer
The post holder will support the Apprenticeship Manager in the coordination and management of students on Apprenticeship programmes in line with the Department for the Economy (DfE) Operational Requirements (ORs) and undertake a key role in coordinating all activity to ensure maximum funding drawdown, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for accurate record keeping for audit purposes. The postholder will be responsible for preparing and completing all necessary documentation and keying data to and updating data stored in the Training and Apprenticeship Management System (TAMS) or agreed payment system. The postholder will act as a key link between the College’s Work Based Learning (WBL) & Training team, apprentices and employers. Climate Change Officer
The Climate Change (Mitigation) Officer will lead the Council’s carbon reduction work and statutory mitigation duties by delivering ANDBC’s Climate Mitigation Action Plan, embedding mitigation across services, and overseeing carbon accounting for Scopes 1, 2 and 3. The role will support the Climate Action Board through analysis, reporting and risk escalation, enhance the Council’s Carbon Dashboard with the Data & Evidence Analyst, coordinate statutory mitigation reporting under the Climate Change Act (NI) 2022, and work closely with the Climate Change (Adaptation) Officer to align mitigation and adaptation plans.
