What you'll do Compliance • Support the Director of Legal & Compliance in the development of schedule of responsibilities to ensure compliant internal and external corporate governance• Audit the compliance monitoring system to ensure compliance• Work with our international colleagues to manage compliance tasks Contract Law • Draft, review, advise on and administer a broad range of standard and non-standard contracts• Support contract negotiations as well as contract creation and checking• Create sample contracts for various contractual scenarios and business functions• Interdepartmental coordination of contract administration incl. recording of contracts on the company’s contract management database Company Law • Administer, maintain, review and update relevant registrations and records applicable to Lidl under company law Data Protection • Support the Data Protection team in advices and projects relating to data protection matters affecting the business General Legal Services • Provide timely, sound legal advice to various business units on a range of legal queries including but not limited to competition law, advertising law, commercial property law, trademark law, H&S and employment law, anti-corruption/anti-bribery legislation• Monitor legislative changes and relevant case law and update affected business areas on these changes and developments• Liaise with external legal advisers and legal firms. VACANCIES: Relief Support Panel in Residential Social Care “ChildVision enhances the lives of children and young people with a visual impairment through specialist supports” ChildVision, the national centre for the education of blind children, based in Drumcondra, Dublin 9, is seeking suitably qualified applicants to provide cover for evening/ sleepover duties within the residential service. The relief workers will be required to assist our children and young people in their day-to-day life, including getting ready for school/college/day service, activities of daily living, meal preparation, social activities. andnight time sleep overs. The relief support panel is a designed to fill vacancies due to staff absence but members of the panel will never work alone or unsupported by a permanent, experienced, staff member. Applicants should hold or be working towards a Level 6/7 or above degree, in a relevant subject area. Some experience working with people with a Multiple disbailities and/or visual impairment would be desirable, but not necessary, as induction and trainning will be provided. The CAMHS ID service was established in HSE Dublin South East & Wicklow Healthcare Area in 2020 and delivers out-patient appointments to children with a moderate to profound intellectual disability who have a moderate to severe mental disorder from the CAMHS ID building on Clonskeagh Hospital Campus and to provide outreach services to a Wicklow Clinic. The HSE CAMHS ID service in Dublin South East & Wicklow covers a large geographical catchment area of 422, 000 from Carnew in Wicklow to Baggot Street in South Dublin. This is an initial 1 year Temporary appointment to HSE Dublin South East & Wicklow Healthcare Area (Mental Health Services) on a Public Only Consultant Contract 2023 by the Health Service Executive. The initial commitment for this post will be to HSE Dublin South East & Wicklow Mental Health Services for 37 hours per week. This post may be subject to restructuring in the future to facilitate the reorganization of acute services in line with new clinical models of acute and community services. It is noted that the post must be congruent with the requirements of, and facilitate implementation of national health policy, the HSE’s National Clinical Programmes including commitment to deliver the relevant performance outcomes.
