Purpose of Position: The Associate Faculty member is primarily responsible for delivering module/s to a high standard, on a part-time basis to students on the BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Care programme (daytime and evening delivery). The programme is delivered through blended learning, both on campus in NCI and online. The key functions are to lecture to students on assigned modules, engage in assessment setting and corrections and to contribute to curriculum development for the BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Care programme. The Centre for Education and Lifelong Learning offers a range of programmes for education and learning professionals. They must be creatively driven with high attention to detail, have the ability to prioritize and multi-task, have the ability to write and edit copy, as well as holding excellent interpersonal, communication skills and good analytic skills.
