POSITION SUMMARY: Jigsaw clinicians offer short-term therapeutic supports to young people aged 12-25 years who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. This usually involves 1:1 work with the young person and sometimes it can include other family members as well. To help drive momentum and deliver results, we are seeking to onboard a Mobile App Technology Manager. We are looking for someone to oversee the delivery of a new mobile app for our global customers. Working closely with our Commercial/Marketing digital team, this person will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the mobile app, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer experience and technical implementation. They will play a key role in translating product and marketing requirements into structured technology initiatives, managing delivery through internal teams and external partners. Later, this person will manage the ongoing performance, support and optimisation of the mobile app ecosystem, including oversight of technical support, vendor relationships and continuous release cycles. They will play a key role in the continuous delivery of our Digital Technology Centre of Excellence. This permanent role reporting to the Head of Digital and AI Technologies can be based in the UK, within commutable distance to our Milton Keynes office or in Dublin. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the IT team and with other functions across the organisation.
