Sales Advisor

This is a permanent part-time position offering 20hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Dundalk store. As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers firstwhile creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. Together with a great team, you contribute to the sales and profitin your storeand share product and fashionknowledge. Governance and Compliance Support Officer

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Governance and Compliance Support Officer looking to develop and grow their career to join our team to manage the administration in the local offices. About the role Reporting to the Quality Governance Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative components of Governance and Compliance within ROI. As the key point of contact for administrators in the Operations and Training departments, you will co-ordinate and collate compliance reporting requirements and ensure training, Governance and Compliance tasks remain are completed in accordance with HSE and HIQA guidelines. Skills required: · Minimum of 1 years’ experience in junior compliance role · Sound compliance auditing skills · Sound knowledge of Governance principles · Full Clean Driving license and access to vehicle (desirable) · Proactive approach to daily workload · Highly organized and efficient · Strong written and oral communication skills · Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Outlook · Strong Excel skills · Excellent time management skills. · Develop positive working relationships across the organization to embed a culture of accountability, transparency, and compliance. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Roles and Responsibilities: · Liaise with Operations team to ensure adherence to ROI compliance audit schedule. · Track mandatory staff training compliance and escalate as required to ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and regulations. · Support Area Nursing team by liaising with Operations team where required for follow up on Governance tasks. · Support Governance and Compliance team with report generation and analysis for monthly compliance dashboard. · Provide administrative support to the Compliance & Governance Lead as required · Act as point of contact for day-to-day compliance queries in ROI and distribute or escalate as appropriate. · Provide training and support during induction to promote clear understanding and consistency for Compliance processes. · Assist Governance and Compliance team with internal audits and checks against HSE and HIQA standards. · Escalate trends and risks to the Compliance & Governance Lead. · Assist with policy administration by ensuring they are current and accessible, by maintaining an accurate policy database. · Distribute updated governance documents to relevant teams. · Maintain version control and records. · Maintain contemporaneous records on compliance logs, risk registers, and follow-up actions. · Support preparation for external audits and inspections. ** This list of duties is not exhaustive and will require the successful candidate to be flexible and be adaptable to change.
