The role of a Team Leader The person appointed will be responsible for leading a Day Service team as part of the Waterford Services. The person appointed should have the ability to proactively lead the team and inspire and motivate the ongoing development of effective teamwork. The team will facilitate the choices of and deliver supports to people who use services incorporating activities such as independent living skills, community integration, personal development, occupational and leisure activities within the context of the New Direction Model of Service Delivery. We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Part-Time Dental Nurse to be part of our family run group of Practices and to join our team in 372 Cregagh Road, Belfast on a temporary basis. The successful applicant will work 24 hours per week from 8:30-5:30pm Tuesday to Thursday. As this is a Denplan practice, an enhanced hourly rate will be offered.
