REF: 97975 The Children and Young People’s Service within Avista provide interdisciplinary team supports, residential, family support and education services to 0-18 year old Children and Young People with complex needs and their families. Initial vacancies are for the Children’s Disability Network Teams in Cabra grangegorman and Blanchardstown. The successful candidate is required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates are also required to work in partnership with families within a family centred model. Avista has 3 Children and Young People Disability Network Teams and the candidate may be required to work across any these 3 teams if and when the need arises. Essential: · A deggee in clinical speech and language therapy. · 3 years post qualification experience. · Up to date CORU registration. · Have Dysphagia training. · Full clean Irish Driving licence and use a car.
