Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Candidate, Child And Adolescent Mental Health Services
The post of c/ANP has a pivotal role in the delivery of effective, recovery orientated, high quality, team based, integrated care for individuals with mental health problems. The purpose of the role is to provide assessment and support the individual through the delivery of appropriate treatment and recovery orientated interventions to work towards reduction in the need for acute hospitalisation. The main purpose of this c/ANP post is to · To support the development of a comprehensive Mental Health Service based in Cork University Hospital’s Hub team to improve services and supports for young people and their family/carer/ supporters, to meet the increased demand placed on community mental health services. · To support the implementation of the CAMHS Hubs in line with best practice and the standardised operating procedure. · In conjunction with the Hub team and the Hub team the c/ANP will develop protocols to support the development of CAMHS Hub, which ensures equity of service to all children and young people using the service. · To ensure that there is a responsive approach to the mental health needs of the young person experiencing a mental health crisis. · Ensure good links between Community CAMHS Teams, Psych Hub and when in place the CAMHS Hub team. JOB PURPOSE: The post holder will work as a member of the outdoor spaces’ maintenance team under the general direction of a Head Grounds person and be responsible for undertaking both basic and skilled work in parks, playing fields, landscaped areas and open spaces either individually or as part of a team. The post holder will be required to work flexibly regarding time, place and type of work assigned within the Borough in the field of amenity horticulture including the care and maintenance of buildings, sports equipment, sports facilities, general amenity areas, parks and play areas and work diligently, efficiently and effectively to achieve assigned personal and team tasks to the required quality and within the allotted timescales.
