It is an exciting time for a General Manager to join Balcas and lead the business through this next stage of growth. Purpose of the Job Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead the Enniskillen site. The General Manager carries full responsibility for all Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) activities. The General Manager is expected to contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational targets and overall business aim, whilst ensuring reliability and consistency of operation through the development of people, plant and process.
