Job Description Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Maintenance Administrator is primarily responsible for working alongside all functions across our ROI business, ensuring to deliver on high levels of customer service. The role involves working closely with fleet maintenance, supporting vehicle testing, vehicle road taxing and all other administrative duties surrounding vehicle maintenance. This tasks include, but are not limited to supporting system updates, generating reports, processing data, data uploads, problem solving, assisting with customer enquiries and issue resolution. Within this role, you will provide high quality and administrative support, working collaboratively with our fleet maintenance team, including our office in NI. There is a key focus on product knowledge, customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Key Duties
