Providing feedback at regular intervals to new joiners What you will bring: · Proven successful experience as a retail Assistant Store Manager · Business orientation and the ability to step up and lead the store in the absence of the manager · The ability to build strong working relationships with the store manager and the wider store team · An appetite for learning and development demonstrated through self-learning, asking questions, accepting new challenges and taking on company learning opportunities.
