Are you working in the hospitality industry in Dublin, living in Kildare, Carlow, West Wicklow or South Dublin. Sick of the N7 and M50. We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin about 10km from Jct 3 on the M9. So if you are tied of the long commute Rathsallagh is an ideal choice. The business here is 90% event driven, it’s a 3 to 4 day week January to May then 4 to 5 May to end of September etc. Working days are predominantly Thursdays to Sundays inclusive. With the team here weekends off are easily arranged. Hours are typically 3pm or 4pm to finish busiest days of the week Thursday Friday and Saturday. We are closed for Christmas 22nd to 27th December inclusive . This position would suite a candidate that wants to work in a stress free environment, with regular hours and a foreknowledge of catering requirements such that rosters can be planned months in advance. The number of working days can be selected by the candidate if required in that we are happy to secure only 2 or 3 days a week from a candidate leaving him or her free to pursue other interests / business opportunities at the same time.
