Must be able to demonstrate the ability to influence the business to show how the proposed solutions will deliver benefits and solve the problem identified. Experience managing or leading an infrastructure support team. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or relevant IT Degree. Non Essential Requirements Business Process Mapping Experience with SAP would be beneficial but not essential.
