Join us as our IT Operations VoIP Engineer Reporting to the IT Operations Chapter Lead, the IT Operations VoIP Engineer is accountable for the stability, performance, and day-to-day operational support of the VOIP and Call Centre technology estate. The role ensures a reliable, high-quality voice and contact centre experience for agents and customers by providing hands-on onsite support, effective incident and change management, and robust deployment and release support, both in and out of hours. This role acts as a critical bridge between IT Operations, Networks, Vendors, and the Business, ensuring that call centre platforms, queue configurations, and outbound dialler services operate efficiently and evolve safely in line with business needs. We are currently seeking highly-motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Enable Ireland Adult Services Midwest (Clare, Limerick, North Tipperary) Contract Type: Full Time Permanent Contract Contract Hours: 35 Hours per week Annual Leave Entitlement: Annual leave entitlement is 33 days pro rata per annum Salary Scale : €62,072 to €73,477 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Overview of the Post: The post holder will be responsible for the initiation and provision of a quality Occupational Therapy Service to adults with disabilities attending our services in Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary. This will include assessment and intervention to meet identified needs and working with service owners to integrate goals as relevant in their person centred plan. The role will also include supporting and upskilling staff in the day centres to maximise each Service Owner’s potential, their engagement and active social roles.
