Your expertise will ensure that every patient receives safe, efficient, and high-quality care during surgical procedures. You will also be instrumental in supporting and developing the nursing team to maintain the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities: · Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation, and review of care for patients according to BSHS standards in conjunction with the CNMII. · Provide clinical and professional leadership to the nursing team in the theatre. · Ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered safely and effectively. · Oversee the operational and clinical activities within the theatre, ensuring smooth workflows. · Support and mentor nursing staff through in-service training and professional development. · Coordinate the orientation of new staff and provide guidance to student nurses. · Maintain compliance with safety protocols, policies, and best practices in surgical care. · Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
