We currently have a brand new opportunity for someone to join our Operational Risk & Resilience Team playing a key role in the Oversight of the business’s compliance with its Outsourcing Frameworks. This person can be based out of either our Dublin, Nottingham or London office. The role will be to take ownerships and responsibility reporting on business adherence and ensuring appropriate frameworks and KPIs are in place to measure. Maintain the company Outsourcing Register, monitor and escalate and risks relating to Outsourcing partners. In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: To be successful in this role you will need to have an advanced understanding of operational risk &/or resilience including risk mitigation, monitoring controls and third party risk. Proven ability in taking initiative and producing results in a challenging and technical environment. The right candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be an effective communicator – both written and verbal, with an interest in able to bring new and effective ways of working to the wider business. Primary Purpose: To work as a team and support the Pharmacist/Store Manager in ensuring the store is run efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Patient / Customer satisfaction must be at the forefront of your concern, every patient / customer is to be treated as an individual and provided with high quality service in terms of courtesy, kindness, interest and efficiency. Main Duties and Responsibilities o Receiving prescriptions from customers o Preparing prescriptions under direction from the Pharmacist o Using dispensary and stores computer systems to generate stock lists and labels o Helping to maintain reasonable dispensary stock levels o Ordering items for use within the Pharmacy under the direction of the Pharmacist Confidentiality All pharmacy staff are bound by rules of confidentiality. You must ensure confidentiality of all MediCare policies and statistics. This equally applies after termination of your employment with the MediCare Pharmacy Group for whatever reason. Education GCSE Maths and English – Grades A-C Experience Applicants should be able to demonstrate numeracy and accuracy skills required for a retail environment Behavioral Competencies Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Is open and approachable and encourages others to communicate openly. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
