Be part of an industry that's shaping the future of our planet. The Opportunity: As an OSS Sales Executive you will act as our customer’s single point of contact throughout the sales process. You will simplify the grant process, providing expertise on eligibility, documentation, and funding requirements. Success will require strong relationship-building, time management, and a focus on achieving sales targets by converting leads into completed projects. Responsibilities includes: · Engage with new and existing leads, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the sales process. · Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer energy needs and provide tailored solutions across Solar PV, Heat Pumps, Windows/Doors and Insulation. · Develop customized proposals, detailing technical and financial benefits, and explain grant eligibility and funding options clearly. · Act as the customer’s single point of contact during the sales process, managing their journey from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up. · Collaborate with project management, survey, desktop, and installation teams to ensure accurate designs, pricing, and timely project execution. · Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, ensuring no lead is missed and tracking all interactions and project updates. · Drive sales by effectively converting leads into HEA & works contracts and ensuring smooth handover to project management. · Build trust-based, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and generating referrals. · Educate customers on renewable energy solutions, addressing questions and empowering them to make informed decisions. · Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights into pipeline progression and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications/Key Skills: · Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the renewable energy sector · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. · Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner. · Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets. · Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Knowledge of solar technology, renewable energy incentives, and financing options desired. · Previous experience in managing and closing deals within a B2C environment is preferred. · Technical knowledge related to solar energy system designs & heat pumps is a plus. · Familiarity with Salesforce an advantage but not necessary.
