Offaly (Hybrid working may be available after 12 weeks of employment) Tenure: Permanent (Full-time) The Technical Officer works as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Properties and Facilities Department. Reporting to the Head of Properties and Facilities the Technical Officer provides technical services including the preparation of drawings, surveying of new and existing property stock, the inspection of active construction sites, inspection of existing property stock, ensuring compliance with building regulations and undertakes the role of Energy Performance Officer for the organization.
