Roscommon. This is a full-time, permanent position and will be responsible for electrical fabrication function on site.What to expect in the job?<ul><li>Fabricating ad hoc items when required</li><li>Maintenance of the plant and equipment to optimum performance.</li><li>Be familiar with the daily production plan and work as part of the team.</li><li>Assist in the repair of industrial production equipment such as high-speed machines, conveyors, packaging machines, gearboxes, bearings and hydraulics.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist the Maintenance Manager with the implementation of preventative maintenance programmes for all machines.</li><li>Assist with the continuous monitoring of all machinery and equipment within the plant.</li><li>Ensure real time repair of machines and equipment to get them back up &amp; running within optimum time frame.</li></ul><ul><li>Document all aspects of maintenance work carried out and keep management informed of potential issues.</li><li>Adhere to company safety policies at all times.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be able to Tig Weld SS pipe and Box Section .</li><li>Must also be able to design fabricate and fit line upgrades or modifications required.</li><li>Relevant Trade Certified Qualification.</li><li>At least 1 year’s post qualification experience.</li><li>Background within manufacturing/industrial business, preferably within food or packaging industries but not essential.</li><li>IT literate and experienced in automation.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills, enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic.</li><li>A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Be available to work Tuesday - Saturday.
