An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead the team at The Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa in Sligo. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, ideal for a dynamic and customer-focused professional looking to manage the daily operations of a high-end spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily spa operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficiency and excellence. Lead, train, and manage a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Ensure the spa facilities are well-maintained, fully equipped, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue. Monitor performance metrics such as customer feedback, sales, and profitability, implementing improvements as needed. Manage inventory, ordering supplies while maintaining cost control and quality. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatments, and wellness innovations. Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial role within the spa and wellness industry. Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management software.
