Duties and Responsibilities: Greet students, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and accurately. Direct students to appropriate resources, classrooms, or staff members as needed. Manage student records, including registration forms, attendance records, and assessment results. Organise and maintain student files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Coordinate room bookings and scheduling for training sessions, workshops, and other events. Ensure training rooms are set up with necessary materials and equipment prior to scheduled activities. Monitor and replenish office and training supplies as needed.
