Careers and Employment Facilitator
Purpose To support the service (residential community and day service) in developing and fostering a person-centered culture, with an aim to achieve a high quality of personal outcomes, personal fulfillment and progression opportunities within the ethos of CCoI and the regulatory and contractual requirements, of provision. Support individuals using a supported employment model. Engage employers and mainstream services and providers to develop pathways to employment. Assess and profile all placements and assist service users to be fully included in the workplace. Monitor and evaluate performance and development to ensure individual’s progression. To provide, enable and support meaningful work, training and personal development opportunities for people according to their personal interests, choices and strengths.
