Job summary We are keen to recruit Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technicians for our busy workshops across the Agnew Group. This exciting Apprenticeship opportunity is available in our premium brands including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, Mini, Porsche and Volkswagen. We have opportunities in Belfast, Mallusk and Portadown. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm The program is run in partnership with various training providers. As an Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technician you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repair, from routine servicing to the complete component overhaul of vehicle systems. Over three years, our Apprentice vehicle technicians learn through on-the-job training in our own workshops and classroom training. Main duties for this role may include the following; Have achieved or be expected to achieve at least grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). Demonstrate a passionate interest in or relevant practical experience of motor vehicles. Strong ability in IT. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. The ability to learn and apply new concepts and ideas. A genuine desire to become a competent Diagnostic Technician. Flexible approach to working hours, as shift patterns may be in operation.

Social Care Worker - Childrens Residential Services - Graduate Campaign 2025 Tusla Residential Care provide interventions to support the wellbeing of young people aged 13 to 17. By joining the Residential Care team, you will deliver care to young people using therapeutic connections and care models. Our teams encourage positive physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing and the development of positive attachments through relationship building. Tusla is recruiting Social Care Workers, Social Care Leaders, Deputy Social Care Managers and Social Care Managers for our Residential and Special Care services across Ireland. RESIDENTIAL CARE Children’s Residential Services aim to provide a physically, emotionally and psychologically safe space in which children and young people can heal, develop and move forward in their lives. While the majority of children and young people placed in Children’s Residential Services are there because of family problems and others have experienced neglect or some other form of abuse, most are placed in Residential Care because of their behaviour is too challenging to be managed in any other care setting. It is also the case that some young people actually choose a placement in Residential Care because they do not wish to be placed with any family but their own. Other children and young people are placed in Children’s Residential Centres while Social Workers work with their families and others to determine where their needs can best be met into the future. SPECIAL CARE Young people referred to Special Care Services are between 11 and 17 years, very vulnerable, sometimes very challenging, with complex psychological and sociological profiles, high numbers of previous placements which have frequently broken down. Special Care is short term, stabilising and safe care in a secured therapeutic environment. The aim of the Special Care intervention is to provide an individualised programme of support and skilled therapeutic intervention which will enable the child/young person to stabilise and then move to a less secure placement based on the assessed needs of that child/young person. General Services Senior Assistant
Fixed-Term, 6 Months, Full-time role, 35 hours per week Role: The General Services functions include property and estates management, minor capital projects, maintenance and catering. The General Services Senior Assistant will assist the Head of General Services and Capital Projects with management and administration associated with various minor capital projects and work and will also be assigned to manage the small Maintenance and Catering teams based at the CRC’s main site at Clontarf. A detailed job description is attached, however please see below requirements: Qualifications / Experience Candidates must at the latest date of application: 1. Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc. i) Hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute (Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Engineers Ireland, Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland). OR ii) Have Membership of the relevant professional association: - Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Engineers Ireland - Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland OR iii) Be eligible for registration under the Building Control Act 2007, without requiring further assessment as it applies to your qualified discipline. OR iv) Hold a qualification at least equivalent to i), ii) or iii). AND v) Have had at least four years’ satisfactory experience after attaining the qualification at i), ii), iii) or iv) above in architecture, engineering or surveying work, including adequate experience in the construction or maintenance of buildings or in the installation or maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and heating services of such buildings. AND vi) Possess a high standard of technical training and experience. AND vii) Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and of administrative capacity) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
