All Clients are supported by a keyworker and are facilitated to avail of additional organisational and community Multi-Disciplinary Supports, Social Work, Psychiatry, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Counselling New staff who join the service are allocated to a client. They are paired with a more senior member of staff as support to the key working duties whilst waiting to undertake the person-centred planning course.
