Family Service Floating Support Case Worker - Belfast Outreach £23,683 (£13.01 per hour) Permanent 35 hours per week - rota based but typically Mon-Fri Family Service Floating Support Is a community-based service who work hard to prevent vulnerable families from becoming homeless. They offer advice and support to help families who have moved out of homeless services to maintain their new home and help families at risk of homelessness from becoming homeless. Your Role Every family will have different needs so their appointed Case Worker will work with them to create and implement a personalised support plan depending on the needs of the family. The support is very flexible and can last for as long or short a time as needed, though not normally longer than two years at any one time. The service is also flexible in that families can rerefer back in as many times as needed for support.
