This would be a permanent role with part-time hours (25-30 hours per week, negotiable) and based in our Support Office in Belfast, BT3. Job responsibilities: Providing HR advice and support on policies and procedures, sicknesses, absences, grievances, maternity, flexible working, employment law and best practice Conducting and chairing employment investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings Responsible for being aware of and updating any changes to HR policies Lead various change management initiatives across the company and communicate any organisational change to the practice areas as appropriate Assisting with recruitment and selection General day to day administrative duties Essential criteria: CIPD qualified or Third Level qualification in a HR/Business related discipline At least 5 years HR Generalist experience Full driving licence and access to a form of transport to fulfil the requirements of the role Confident with the ability to advise and make decisions Proven track record of leading a range of investigation/disciplinary meetings Strong knowledge of employment law Strong people skills with the ability to build positive working relationships Excellent organisational and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable Desirable criteria: Knowledge of PAMS and online job boards

Job Purpose: To assist in fulfilling operational requirements within recycling, prioritising job activities, ensuring optimal route planning, compliance with documentation requirements and driving regulations Salary: £12 per hour (currently under review) Job Description: • Ensure vehicles are mechanically sound and legally roadworthy before commencing work. • Ensure all driving regulations are adhered to in relation to tachographs; ensure appropriate breaks are recorded and procedures followed. • Safely secure loads for transport to ensure goods are collected and delivered intact. • Handle company property with due care and attention, ensuring any issues are reported immediately to the Recycling Supervisor or Operations Manager. • Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and signed off by customers as required, ensuring attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. • Ensure most efficient route from collection to drop off is followed and jobs completed in a timely manner. To ensure the lorry is clean and road worthy; promptly report any problems to direct line supervisor; all lorry issues must be recorded on the tablet provided. • Observe Health & Safety practices at all locations. • Ensure uniform is clean and worn daily alongside full PPE as per Health & Safety regulations. • Carry out any other reasonable requests as deemed necessary for the job. • To be at least 25 years of age due to age restrictions with our insurance provider with the ability to lift 25kgs.
