The Proposals Team are responsible for the receipt and analysis of new business opportunities, ensuring enquires are accurately converted into formal proposals and presented back to the client. As Proposals Manager , you will be responsible for the communication flow between key internal stakeholders to ensure the scope, content, and pricing of proposals is of a high and accurate standard. You will manage a varied and evolving portfolio of proposal requests and issue each in a timely manner. This includes conducting on-site, virtual, and questionnaire vendor audits to assess third-party capabilities and services, with international travel sometimes exceeding 50%. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the accuracy and currency of vendor information in Content Suite and Vault, supporting internal and external customers during audits and inspections, contributing to the development of site and global policies and standard operating procedures, assisting with internal audits, and responding to new supplier requests in accordance with Almac SOPs. ㅤ Key Requirements ㅤ Further Information This role is based on a full flex working pattern of 07:00 – 21:00 with a minimum 5 hours per day, however core business hours of 10:00 – 16:00 will be expected during probation. The role will also be eligible for hybrid working following the successful completion of probation. We are currently recruiting and forming a talent pool for future vacancies for the following positions: Process Engineer The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing processes on a scale that can range from developmental pilot plant to full commercial production. Delivery of Sciences engineering projects, validation completion and documentation, commissioning and operation of plant and associated systems to the highest industrial and pharmaceutical standards (cGMP and FDA). Senior Process Engineer · The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for the delivery of Sciences engineering projects including, validation completion and documentation, commissioning and operation of plant and associated systems to the highest industrial and pharmaceutical standards (cGMP and FDA). They provide conceptual process design deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams and Material and Energy Balances Applicants for these positions will need a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline, previous experience within an engineering function, experience commissioning or validating new process equipment and experience working with health and safety systems.
