Our catering Assistants have excellent product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service, and above all else are passionate about hospitality.  Suitable candidates should have some experience of working in a customer-facing environment, be motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators and have a passion for helping people. Experience in a coffee shop/café environment is not essential while the ability to prepare hot drinks is preferable.
