Duty Manager
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times in a clean, safe environment. The ideal candidate will have/be: - 2 years` experience in a customer service facing role is desirable • Excellent communication skills • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure • The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
