Cork The Purpose The post holder will ensure that each person supported is supported through a person centred approach ensuring their rights are respected at all times. Emphasis will be on forming a team approach involving the person supported, families, key workers, advocates and staff including day services, ensure a meaning quality of life for each person in their centre(s),. Working towards community integration and ensuring a quality service is provided to all who use the service are essential part of the role. The person/s appointed shall ensure that the vision is delivered through our core values of Person Centred Service.
