Maintenance Technician
Job Overview Norbrook Laboratories Ltd is seeking to recruit a multi-skilled Shift Maintenance Technician. Based within our Maintenance Department you will carry out day to day electrical and mechanical maintenance - comprising of both preventive and reactive duties. You will be a critical member of Central Services Maintenance team, taking the lead in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery in our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Environmental Health Officer
The post holder will be responsible for implementing Environmental Health Legislation on behalf of Ards and North Down Borough Council, as required by the section’s management team. The post holder will also be required to deal directly with various statutory and non-statutory organisations and members of the general public in relation to a wide variety of Environmental Health Issues. Caretaker / Cleaner
The person appointed will be responsible to the Community Centres & Halls Supervisors for a wide range of duties primarily in connection with the Community Centres and Halls throughout the Borough of Ards and North Down. Caretaker/Cleaner Community Halls • These are permanent part-time posts paying £13.45 per hour. They are available at various Community Halls / Centres throughout the Borough - please refer to the attached documents for contract information, locations and sample rotas. • x1 permanent, Term Time part time post (average 20 hours per week, 10 months of the year - Kircubbin Community Centre) • x1 permanent part time post (average 24.5 hours per week -Skipperstone Community Centre) Please refer to the attached sample rotas.
