Job Role We’re recruiting a Careers Adviser to join our In-Custody Information, Advice and Guidance team. If you’re passionate about helping people, we’d love to hear from you! Working in custody, you’ll support our participants by providing career advice and guidance and helping them explore their learning and employment options in preparation for life in the community. You’ll use a variety of delivery methods, including the coordination of job fairs or sectors specific talks, plus visits from employers or motivational speakers. You’ll also help build confidence and break down barriers.
