Administrative: · Coordinate, support and take part in coordinator meetings, IE: Safety Committee Meetings, FMX Sync Calls, Drill and Standards Meetings. · Maintain client’s assessment action items and observation tracker. · Support document turnover process and metrics. · Manage Facility Support Forms/Tool and program implementation as well and tracking of progress using dashboards. · Assist with Data Centre new building handover process/site turnover checklist/first day of business checklist. · Assist in managing standards implementation for site and to spearhead collaborative efforts with assisting other sites with implementation of same systems. · Support coordination, tracking and enrolment of coordinator lead training. · Collaborate with EHS and Security to manage site induction training and vendor enrolment onto an e-permit system. · Manage and maintain workplace learning groups. · Assign EHS trainings from Cornerstone LMS to FTE’s, contingency workers and contractors as directed. · Establish and maintain cross-functional and positive working relationships.  · Work with highly confidential information.  · Administration Support to Fusion at FSL direction. · Assist with other site activities as required, in conjunction with site specific scope of tasks. The Unit's role is to promote Ireland and Irish foreign policy internationally and to provide strategic guidance to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ministers of State, our teams based at the Department’s headquarters in Dublin and our Embassy and Consulate network. The Unit is part of the Department's Global Ireland and Economic Division and is made up of the following teams: Press Relations, Multimedia and Digital, Public Diplomacy and Content, Irish Aid Communications, Internal Communications. A key aspect of the Unit’s work is to manage digital communications platforms and advise internally on how digital communications can be used to achieve the Department’s objectives at home and abroad. These internships will offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to work as part of a highly motivated and skilled team on innovative projects covering a range of disciplines of relevance to policy objectives. Internships will be for a duration of 22 months. All internships will be based in the Department of Foreign Affairs, Dublin.
