The team in Riverside provides diverse models of care to individuals who function within the mild to moderate ranges of intellectual disability and some who have a dual diagnosis in mental health. There is a strong link between the Riverside team and the multidisciplinary team supports are provided on a 2: 1 and 1:1 to one ratios and larger group ratios as well as outreach services.
