Meeting requirements of GDRP and the confidentiality and safety of all documentation 9. Support Manager Liaise and facilitate inspections by HIQA or departments nominated agents. 10. Assist in the implementation of the national standards and ongoing continuous improvement. Qualifications: Ideally having equal to or higher than, QQI Level 7 or above in Management, Social care, Psychology, Education, Health Care, or equivalent. Level of experience for salary in line with CORU, further training will be provided where needed. Experience: It is essential for the Assist Manager to have 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Receptionist DP centre, BOTP Centre, Homeless accommodation, Health, Social care, or Childcare setting or equivalent. It is desirable that at least 1 year of experience has been working with Diverse groups Understanding of Child Protection. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. All staff members will be require to be Garda Vetted Prior to taking up post.
