City of Dublin Education and Training Board (City of Dublin ETB) was established on 1st July 2013 under the Education and Training Boards Act, 2013. The functionality of the system includes the student-facing online application process, intermediate assessment processes, communications and information services for applicants, external data links and the final payment of awarded grants. The development phase of the project is currently well advanced, and the new system is scheduled for live implementation in 2028. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Technical Lead will be responsible for providing expert technical knowledge for the duration of the programme.
