About the Role: AIB are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist reporting to the Head of Partner Service Delivery for Life & Insurance. The Partner Service Delivery team is a small team providing support to the 2 Partner Management Teams (Life and Insurance) in managing the delivery of Life and Insurance products & propositions to our personal customer base. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our strategic partners and supporting the day to day operational functions of the business. The role will also support the wider Sustainability & Customer / Digital evolution agendas.
