About the Opportunity During our 45 years in Ireland, we have been involved in some of the biggest and most challenging projects, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to the country’s most critical issues, from access to clean air and safe water, civil and national security and safeguarding mobility. Jacobs is committed to early careers and in 2018 launched a new internship programme in several of its offices. This new programme is aimed towards undergraduates who are either currently studying for or have completed a principal degree and have a gap before starting a postgraduate course. This is an 8-month internship starting Jan 2023. This programme will allow you to work with a mentor who will work with you in identifying areas of learning so that when you leave you have a portfolio of learning experiences to make reference to. There will also be opportunities to network through your community and other networks across Jacobs in various experiences that will be on offer general aspirations as a recognised inclusive and diverse employer. Role Description As an intern on the Dropbox Finance Team, you will support the Accounts Receivable teams end-to-end collections processes for Dropbox Business and Enterprise customers. This internship is designed for you to get hands-on, practical experience inside a world-class finance team. You will learn and execute collections activities for our global customer base while providing an exceptional level of customer service to keep our largest customers feeling great about Dropbox. Your day-to-day tasks include customer follow ups, customer query resolution, cash application, write off’s and bad debt analysis. You will be driven by delivering results and creating an impact, while also maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational excellence. You will be a key business partner and work closely with our Finance, Customer Experience and Sales teams.
