HR Partner

Mental Health First Aid Programme Co-Ordinator & Trainer – Permanent, Full-Time Principal Duties and Responsibilities · Contribute to the growth of MHFA, its various products and services nationally in consultation with the MHFA management team and Head of MHFA Ireland. · Co-ordinate, train and support the delivery of assigned MHFA training, while supporting the operations of course scheduling, and instructor support and mentorship · Contribute to the wider business development and operations including media relations, quality assurance and product development · Assess and report any quality issues related to training, delivery of services, complaints or operations. · Evaluate and review practices, policies, procedures, processes, guidelines and systems relating to Mental Health First Aid Ireland training programmes so that they are consistently in line with best practice and ensure that they are always followed. · Provide regular reports, statistical information, updates and plans to the Head of Mental Health First Aid Ireland as required. · Keep up to date on current developments and best practice in delivery of training courses, administration and systems and be aware of changes in relevant legislation and market matters that may affect the operation of Mental Health First Aid Ireland training programmes. · Liaise with the Head of MHFA Ireland to help ensure adequate resources are available to meet the needs of Mental Health First Aid Ireland training programmes.
