Growing share of the core pub business across Guinness, beer and spirits is the top priority.  About the role The role of the Account Executive is to own and deliver the Diageo performance and growth targets within their territory. The role is responsible for the most important element of our business; delivering sales, share and profit growth in the territory by ensuring our customer, category and brand plans are brilliantly in outlet.  As an Account Executive, you will be accountable for managing all Tier 1 customer accounts directly where the primary objective is to secure distribution across the full Diageo portfolio and activate our brands across different occasions to deliver a triple win for the customer, consumer and Diageo. It is the role of the Account Executive to ensure that all the outlets in the territory are perfectly executed versus our predefined outlet execution standards. The Account Executive is responsible for delivering agreed visibility standards, ensuring best in class quality and coordinating world class activation, delivered through our activation partners. The Account Executive directs this activity within their territory and will play a leadership role across the Hub team.
